4-H offers a project for everyone. The projects and programs of our Environmental Science Core Subject Area include Applied Mechanics, Environmental Sciences/Natural Resources and Plant Sciences. Through projects in these areas, youth will demonstrate practical applications of science to daily life and explore the natural environment.
Frederick County 4-H Members enjoy programs like Tractor Safety Courses, Horticulture Judging, Entomology, and Computer Sciences. Adventures in Science allow 4-H Members to explore many areas of scientific study.
